East Coast Migrant Head Start 
East Coast Migrant Head Start is a free, comprehensive, developmental program that provides an array of services to migrant and seasonal farmworker children and their families. The program serves infants, toddlers, and preschool aged children. The purpose of the Migrant Head Start is to prevent the children from being cared for in the fields or left in the care of very young siblings while parents are working.
